 Deaver Vineyards "Dellini" Cocktail

Sparkling wine...
          Peach puree...
                  Bit of fruit juice...
                              What do you have?

We've taken the world-famous "Bellini" cocktail invented by Guiseppi Cipriani, head bartender, at Harry's Bar in Venice, Italy and modified it to create a truly refreshing beverage. Serve it with a special brunch or as a pleasant interlude on a warm afternoon.

Deaver Vineyards "Dellini" Cocktail

Ingredients:

2 Parts Orange Juice
1 Part Deaver Vineyards Peach Sparkling Wine*
1 Part Peach Puree or Peach nectar

Preparation:

Slowly pour into a tall glass in the order shown above. Garnish with a slice of fresh peach or a strawberry. Serve to good friends with Nana's Sunday Morning Frittata. Nana's Recipe is Nana's recipe is available online here.
